His knowledge of all the regulations as he is a HETAS engineer enabled us to come to a solution in price size and style that even made me happy! The quote was very clearly laid out so I could see where my money was going and we agreed to a date that was kept to.Ray kept me informed all the way through the process and never asked for a penny until it was installed.

We needed a stove that would be our main source of heating, I had spent hours trawling the internet and visiting showrooms. I found Rays’ knowledge of stoves second to none, He advised us honestly and told us precisely what needed to be done and what it would cost. He provided brochures of various makes but made sure we knew what the different models of stoves offered.
Both Ray and Dominic, are professional, polite and punctual, a pleasure to have working in your home. They were left to install the stove whilst I was at work. I came home to a clean and tidy room and even the stove was lit.

Thanks again to you and Dominic for your, much appreciated, advice and hard graft over the last couple of days. Donna and I were saying how you and Dominic didn’t seem to stop working. Hope he is recovering ok by the way.
We’re glad we took your advice regarding which burner to get too. We really enjoyed our first fire last night, the Clearview knocks out quite a bit of heat for a small fire. I had to have it turned down real low all night. We also feel the alterations needed to the fire surround/chimney breast to accommodate the log burner are a definite visual improvement to our living room.
Although we had to spend more than we anticipated and couldn’t have the open fire, we are still very happy. We felt you and Dominic were, professional, hard working and gave us honest, impartial advice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend yourselves to our friends and family. Oh, and a thank you to your wife Rosemary for chipping in too.
We had a log burner installed by another company in our previous home, so we have something to compare you with. No kidding, we thought your company were better all-round.
